New version for Linux (5.23)

This version has been build on Ubuntu 15.10, but now includes proper dependency information, making it much more likely to work on other systems. Also, no more warning about the package being bad.

We don't have other Linux machines to test on, so please let us know if it works (or not) for you, and what distribution you tried.
