Daisy version 5.21 released

After a long series of "5.20" versions with no public announcements, we have finally released a proper version 5.21. It has many changes compared to the last official release (5.19), some highlights include:

• You can now specify seasonal variance in aquitard pressure.
• The `pipe´ groundwater model is removed.
• The `default´ horizon model is removed.
• You can specify chalk content in soil horizons.
• The `N Balance´ and `Root Zone Water Balance´ logs are removed.
• The `Soil water´ and `Field water´ models changes to include biopores.
• New `PenWaterFac' root parameter.
