Note that Daisy currently doesn't have a graphical user interface; it is usually ran from within a text editor. Similarly, output is analyzed using a spreadsheet like Excel or Libre Office, or other general purpose tools.

The distribution contains documentation (including a tutorial), as well as a set of exercises. We recommend new users to

  1. ensure they can run the simulation from a text editor;
  2. ensure they can read the output in a spreadsheet;
  3. skim the tutorial; and
  4. do the exercises.
